Attempting both groups together saves an attempt cycle but demands 9–10 focused study hours a day for at least 6 months. Anything less and you risk clearing neither.
Split-group attempts have a statistically higher exemption rate because students revise 4 subjects deeply instead of skimming 8.
Use this rule of thumb: if you can consistently log 60+ productive hours per week for 24 straight weeks, go for both. Otherwise, split — clear Group 1 first, then Group 2 in the next attempt.
Whatever you choose, lock the decision in your planner on day one. Mid-preparation switches are the single biggest reason CA Inter attempts fail.
