Welcome to MyCAPlanner. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of our platform. Please read them carefully before using our services.
1. Acceptance of Terms
- By accessing or using MyCAPlanner, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and our Privacy Policy.
- If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not use the platform.
- We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
2. Account Registration
- You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
- You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
- You must be at least 13 years old to create an account. If you are under 18, you confirm that you have parental or guardian consent.
- We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or engage in abusive behavior.
3. Use of the Platform
- MyCAPlanner is a study planning and tracking tool designed for CA Foundation, Intermediate, and Final aspirants. It is not a coaching platform and does not provide study content or coaching services.
- You agree to use the platform only for its intended purpose — organizing and tracking your CA preparation.
- You must not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or redistribute any part of the platform.
- You must not use automated scripts, bots, or scrapers to access or interact with the platform.
- You must not upload or transmit any malicious code, spam, or harmful content.
4. Intellectual Property
- All content, design, code, branding, and features of MyCAPlanner are the intellectual property of MyCAPlanner and its creators.
- You retain ownership of all personal study data you enter into the platform (tasks, notes, test scores, etc.).
- You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works based on our platform without explicit written permission.
5. Subscription & Payments
- MyCAPlanner offers both free and paid subscription plans. Features available may vary by plan.
- Paid subscriptions are billed in advance on a one-time basis for a fixed duration (3, 6, or 12 months) as selected at the time of purchase.
- All payments are processed through secure third-party payment processors. We do not store your payment card details.
- Prices are subject to change with reasonable notice. Existing subscribers will be notified before any price change affects their plan.
- You can cancel your subscription at any time. Access continues until the end of the purchased duration.
6. Payments & Access
- All paid plans are one-time purchases that grant access for a fixed duration. There are no recurring charges or auto-renewals.
- Since we offer a free plan with core features at no cost, refunds are generally not applicable for paid upgrades.
- If you experience a billing issue, please contact us at support@mycaplanner.com and we will resolve it promptly.
7. Data & Privacy
- Your use of MyCAPlanner is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which explains how we collect, use, and protect your data.
- You are responsible for any data you enter into the platform. We are not liable for data entered incorrectly by users.
- We implement industry-standard security measures but cannot guarantee absolute security. You use the platform at your own risk.
8. Service Availability
- We strive to keep MyCAPlanner available 24/7 but do not guarantee uninterrupted service.
- We may perform scheduled maintenance, updates, or improvements that temporarily affect availability. We will provide notice when possible.
- We are not liable for any loss or inconvenience caused by service downtime, whether planned or unplanned.
9. Limitation of Liability
- MyCAPlanner is provided 'as is' and 'as available' without warranties of any kind, express or implied.
- We do not guarantee that using our platform will result in any specific exam outcome or score improvement.
- To the maximum extent permitted by law, MyCAPlanner shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform.
- Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
10. Termination
- You may delete your account at any time by contacting us at support@mycaplanner.com.
- We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these terms, engage in fraudulent activity, or abuse the platform.
- Upon termination, your right to use the platform ceases immediately. We may retain certain data as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.
11. Governing Law
- These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India.
- Any disputes arising from these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in India.
