Refund Policy

MyCAPlanner is a freemium platform. We offer a generous free plan so you can evaluate the product before making any purchase. Please read our refund policy below.

1. Freemium Model — No General Refunds

  • MyCAPlanner operates on a freemium model. All core features are available for free on our Starter plan at no cost whatsoever.
  • Paid plans (3 Months, 6 Months, 12 Months) are optional upgrades that unlock premium features. Since you can fully evaluate the platform before upgrading, general refunds are not applicable for paid plan purchases.
  • By upgrading to a paid plan, you acknowledge that you have already experienced the platform through the free tier and are making an informed purchase decision.

2. Duplicate Payment Refund

  • If you are charged twice for the same plan due to a payment processing error or technical glitch, you are eligible for a full refund of the duplicate payment.
  • To claim a duplicate payment refund, please contact us within 7 days of the duplicate charge with the following details:
  • Your registered email address
  • Transaction/Payment IDs for both charges
  • Date(s) of the transactions
  • Screenshot of the duplicate charges (if available)
  • We will verify the duplicate payment and process your refund within 5–7 business days after confirmation.

3. How to Request a Refund

4. Non-Refundable Scenarios

  • Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:
  • Change of mind after purchasing a paid plan
  • Failure to use the platform after upgrading
  • Dissatisfaction with features that were available to evaluate on the free plan
  • Account suspension or termination due to violation of our Terms & Conditions

5. Plan Downgrades

  • If your paid plan expires, your account is automatically downgraded to the free Starter plan. No data is lost during this transition — only access to premium features is restricted.
  • You can upgrade again at any time to regain full access.
