How to Build a Daily CA Study Plan That Actually Sticks

28 April 20265 min read

The 3-block daily template used by rankers — deep work, active recall and lightweight revision — and how to run it inside MyCAPlanner.

A daily plan fails when it lists 'Study Accounts 6 hours' with no structure. Break the day into 3 fixed blocks.

Block 1 (morning, 3 hours) — deep work on a heavy subject like Accounts or Costing. Phone in another room.

Block 2 (afternoon, 2 hours) — active recall: solve past questions from what you learned in Block 1 without notes.

Block 3 (evening, 1.5 hours) — lightweight subject like Law or Audit. Read + summarise in your own words.

Log each block as a task in MyCAPlanner. Consistency shows up in the weekly heatmap within 10 days.

Turn this into a plan.

MyCAPlanner converts strategy into daily targets, revision cycles and mock analytics.
